Over the past 30 years, Ford Classic Homes has built premier homes in only the finest communities in Williamson and Davidson counties; like Westhaven, Witherspoon, Splendor Ridge, Berry Farms, The Grove, Richland Hall, Annandale, LaurelBrooke, Windstone, Highlands at Ladd Park, Myles Manor, The Brownstones in Downtown Franklin, and now Rosebrooke and SouthBrooke. Ford Classic Homes has now expanded into Alabama and joined the Village of Providence in Huntsville, Alabama and Village at Oakland Springs in Madison, Alabama.

Mike Ford

Chief Executive Officer

A native of Middle Tennessee, Mike Ford has been building homes in Williamson County since 1995, and is personally involved in the architectural design and construction of each home. His expertise and knowledge has been integral to achieving the highest standards of the home building industry. “I am passionate about quality,” says Ford. “Quality not only in respect to the finest luxury homes built today, but also in the quality of the homeowner’s building experience.”

Richard Arrendale

Richard first gained his interest in construction by spending his college summers working in Virginia and Kentucky for a non-profit housing organization. After graduating from the University of Tennessee he continued working in Central Appalachia full time with both private and state funded non-profit housing groups. Richard returned home to middle Tennessee in 1999 and worked with a national homebuilder as a superintendent and Purchasing Manager until August of 2006 when he left to begin his career with Ford Classic Homes. Richard drew on his past experiences to help build a robust purchasing department that provides high volume pricing but also flexible enough to function for a custom builder.

Thomas Edmondson

Thomas’ primary focus is managing the day-to-day operations of each custom project and maintaining a positive buyer-relationship. He serves as a liaison and guide to the homeowner throughout the entire building process. A graduate of Auburn University and a Williamson County native, he has been building fine custom homes for over twenty years. Thomas’ attention to detail and quality-comes-first attitude sets him apart from other custom home builders.

Andrew Ford

A native of middle Tennessee, Andrew holds his contractor’s license in residential and commercial building in both Tennessee and Alabama. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Middle Tennessee State University, Andrew spent over a decade working as a project manager across Williamson and Davidson counties. In 2022, he began working to expand Ford’s development opportunities. Today, Andrew helps lead the team managing acquisition and planning of new communities. Coordinating the day-to-day operations of Ford developments, Andrew plays an integral role in organizing current and future Ford Classic Homes’ development opportunities.

Keli Jackson Ford

Keli Jackson Ford, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Principal Broker

Keli is a member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Williamson County Association of Realtors, has received both her GRI and ABR designations, and received her Broker’s license in 2001. Originally from Destin, Florida, Keli has lived in Middle Tennessee for over twenty-five years, and during her tenure as a real estate agent, has assisted hundreds of Middle Tennessee homebuyers in locating their ideal home within Middle Tennessee’s finest communities. Keli presides over the sales and marketing functions of the company, and assists in product planning for each community.

Chesney Ford

Vice President, Sales, Marketing, & Design

Chesney has been part of the Ford Classic Homes team since 2015. As a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, she holds her Tennessee Broker’s license and helps oversee sales and marketing across all of Ford Classic Homes’ communities. Most recently, she stepped into the role of managing Ford’s in-house interior design team, which is responsible for creating and delivering exceptional designs for all Ford’s new homes. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, she earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Middle Tennessee State University and master’s degree in marketing from King University. Chesney’s dedication to customer service helps ensure a positive experience for all homebuyers.

Chad Gore

Vice President, Architecture and Land Management

Chad is a lifelong Franklin resident and a state-registered Architect who earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture at the University of Tennessee. He began his career with 6 years at a local architecture firm, gaining experience with various types of architectural design and construction administration. In 2006, Chad helped Ford Classic Homes create an in-house Architecture department to enhance the company’s ability to provide outstanding design services to its clients and deliver homes of unrivaled quality to the market. Since then, Chad has led the Ford team in designing and documenting hundreds of homes in middle Tennessee. In 2022, as Ford’s opportunities for neighborhood development began to grow, Chad’s years of experience working alongside excellent developers earned him leadership of a team managing acquisition, planning, and construction of communities that will allow Ford to keep delivering high-quality homes for years to come.

Eric Jones

Eric has been part of the Ford Classic Homes team for 15 years and has been building residential homes in Williamson County since 1995. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Eric is a native of the city of Franklin. Managing day-to-day operations across multiple communities, Eric’s breadth of construction knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile for a home buyer are integral in supporting the construction team.
